Phil Groves
Phil Groves is the founding partner of DAC Management, LLC and chairs DAC`S investment committee, leads its overall strategy and overseas its risk controls.

Through DAC he also founded Gao Fei Consulting Beijing Company Limited in 2005 and serves as its Chairman and legal representative. Prior to founding DAC, Mr. Groves worked for Arthur Andersen and myCFO, Inc. At myCFO, Mr Groves was the Managing Director of the firms strategic advisory services and oversaw the firms involvement with Asian distressed asset investments.

Phil holds a B.S degree from Boston College and an MBA degree from Notre Dame and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Chief Executive Officer
Mike Bolsover
Mike was born in Hong Kong, educated in England, and earned a BBA in Finance and Marketing at the Roberto C. Goizueta Business School, at Emory University in Atlanta GA, USA in 1998. Having worked as an associate at Morgan Stanley, Salomons, and Goldman Sachs during his time at Business School, Mike eventually chose a different career and joined sports bookmaker Victor Chandler International in Gibraltar as a fast-track trainee in 1999. From 2000 he managed the proprietary trading desk and risk management for the Asia-focussed Football Department. He rose to become the head of a number of projects in Asia responsible for deal structuring and project development.

Whilst living in Seoul, Mike secured the first Korean sports betting joint-venture with the sole licensed betting operator in South Korea in 2001, as well as developing and directing projects in Thailand and Malaysia in 2002/03. Mike brings to SHL an in-depth understanding of Asian gaming operators and is now based in Hong Kong. He became a Director in March 2005 after working with SHL since early 2004, and was appointed CEO in January 2008. Mike is responsible for group management, business development, corporate strategy, and shareholder relations.

Tim Shepherd
Tim Shepherd is Founder & Executive Director at Silver Heritage Limited. In 2001 Tim recognised the need for a professionally operated gaming company in the rapidly expanding casino market in Asia Pacific and opened the first legal sports bar in IndoChina at the Dansavanh Casino in Laos in 2003, shortly afterwhich Silver Heritage was formed to take advantage of opportunities in electronic gaming presented to him in Laos and elsewhere in the region

Today, Tim manages the strategy, sales and daily operations of the group and is a key member of the core HK Executive Committee, headed by CEO, Mike Bolsover. Tim is a regular speaker at the major gaming conferences in Asia Pacific - both on and offline. Tim's background is as a management consultant with Price Waterhouse and he holds a BSc(Hons) from The City University Business School, London.

Martin Wright
Martin is a UK Chartered Accountant who has lived and worked in Asia since 1987. He joined Silver Heritage in November 2006 and brings with him a wide range of in-depth, hands on financial and operational experience. He has co-founded and developed a number of successful private companies in Hong Kong and China and has extensive experience of all aspects of a company’s operations and across a variety of industries. Martin is also an independent, non-Executive Director of, and Chairman of the Audit Committee for Grande Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Prior to this Martin worked in the professional audit sector for 8 years initially with Touche Ross & Co in the UK and subsequently with Coopers & Lybrand in Hong Kong. Martin is a member of the ICAEW, the HKICPA and the HKIoD. He also has a BSc degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Loughborough University in the UK. Martin was appointed to the Board of Silver Heritage Limited in September 2007.

Bill Redshaw
Bill is one of the most experienced slot and electronic gaming machine professionals in Asia/Pacific. He was the first International Vice President of Sales for IGT, the world’s biggest manufacturer and supplier of slot machines. After working with Aristocrat as Head of US Sales he set up Indo Pacific Gaming (“IPG”) in the early 1990’s. Bill has been working with SHL for more than five years and in March 2005 joined as a full Director. Bill’s role is in the selection of casino venues, negotiation of lease and mix of machines and the installation and successful operation of each individual project. He is currently based in Sydney.

Hamilton Tang
Hamilton Tang is the Chief Executive of Simon Murray and Company (“SMC”). He is also a Director of SMC and all of SMC's partnerships. His background includes being co-CEO of a regional entertainment company, a private company engaged in multiplex cinemas across Asia (including the largest theatre company in Hong Kong and the largest non-PRC cinema company in mainland China), ticketing, family amusement centres, and Chinese language film distribution and production, from 1996 to 2000.

Prior to this, Hamilton was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley & Company from 1991 to 1996 in the investment banking division in both New York and Hong Kong. Hamilton received his JD-MBA from Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School in 1991 and his undergraduate degree from Harvard College in 1985.

John Bolsover
John Bolsover is a resident of the U.K. and brings a high level of experience from his career as Chairman & CEO of Baring Asset Management Limited (“BAM”), from which he retired in June 2002 aged 55. At that time, BAM had funds under management of $50 billion.

Born and educated in the U.K., he obtained his economics and political science degree from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. Between 1971 and 1985, he lived and worked in Hong Kong, specializing as a portfolio manager of Japanese and other Asian equities.

He established the business of BAM in Asia and North America as its Chief Executive in 1975 and having returned to London in 1985, became Chief Executive of the combined domestic and international businesses in 1989 and an executive Director of Barings plc. John was formerly a director of Euromoney Institutional Investor plc and also a director of Argus Fund SICAV, and GaveKal Asian Absolute Return Fund.
